Meeting Setup helps reduce the email required to set up a meeting by providing a common place to record availability.

To use Meeting Setup, the meeting caller defines the participants and some available times, then the meeting participants RSVP and the caller chooses the best time from the rank scheduling display.

Meeting Setup was designed to work using direct email communication. In these days of unwanted email, it is much better if email is sent directly by you. Doing things this way means you never need to worry about unwanted email being sent to anyone from our site. In fact, if you already have an email list for your group, you don't need to enter any email addresses at all. Everything is done directly from the site pages, which can be accessed using any reasonably recent browser.
